At Valeriva, we strive to ensure your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing times, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and related conditions.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed through valeriva.com are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing includes payment verification, order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging.
  • During peak periods (holiday seasons, major sales, or high-demand events), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Orders with incomplete payment, inaccurate address details, or missing information may experience delays.
  • If any issue arises with your order, our support team will contact you at support@valeriva.com before dispatching your shipment.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): Typically 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as weather conditions, natural events, customs processing, or public holidays.

Valeriva works diligently to ensure timely deliveries, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If a delay occurs, our team will make every effort to update you and assist in tracking your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable national and international carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and selected service, your package may be shipped via:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted logistics providers.

All shipments include tracking information, which is emailed to you automatically once your package has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • Valeriva ships to all standard residential and commercial addresses within our service area.
  • We do not currently ship to:

    P.O. Boxes

    APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

    Restricted regions where carrier access is unavailable
  • For international customers, availability and delivery times will depend on your region. Please check if we currently deliver to your country before placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

If we offer international shipping to your region:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Valeriva has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

For domestic orders, customs and import taxes do not apply.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.
  • Valeriva is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@valeriva.com — we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

8. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders above a specified amount (as shown at checkout).
  • For non-qualifying orders, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • All shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed before you confirm your purchase.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, unforeseen events (e.g., weather delays, customs holds, carrier strikes) may occasionally cause delays.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us — we’ll contact the carrier on your behalf.
  • Valeriva is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund after investigation.

10. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping stages.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Additional Information

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • We currently do not offer expedited or same-day delivery services.
  • If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery times.
  • All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
