1. Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired items, adding them to your cart, and proceeding through the secure PayPal checkout process. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped. Please email support@valeriva.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Q: How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all standard addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to military base addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Q: What should I do if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-demand seasons. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain hygiene-related items or final-sale products cannot be returned.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method via PayPal.

Yes. We offer free exchanges for eligible items (e.g., size or color) if stock is available. Please contact us for assistance.

Q: Is it safe to shop on Valeriva?

Valeriva does not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

We make every effort to ensure our product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
