  3. Incorrect Items Shipped – In the rare case that Valveria ships the wrong product, you can return it for a replacement or full refund. We cover the return shipping costs in such cases and make sure the correct item reaches you promptly.

  4. Exchanges – Valveria allows exchanges for eligible products. If you wish to swap a jacket for another style, size, or color, contact our support team. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.

Each return type is subject to inspection upon receipt to ensure compliance with our return policy. Clear instructions will be provided for each scenario to make the process smooth and transparent.

When contacting us, please make sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will share detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and packaging guidelines. Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

After receiving the instructions, securely package the item in its original condition, including all tags, accessories, and packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and to avoid any issues during transit. Valeriva is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

When the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo an inspection to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements. Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping Responsibility

At Valeriva, responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

If a return is requested due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an item ordered in error by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing an order.

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Valeriva will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, customers must contact our support team and provide clear photos or relevant details so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Valeriva is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit if they are not properly packaged or if a non-trackable shipping method is used. For your protection, we strongly recommend using secure packaging and a trackable return service.

Refunds

Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Under normal circumstances, refunds are not provided in cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account. This processing time is outside Valeriva’s control.

Refund Amount

Refunds apply to the product price only. As Valeriva offers free shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping charges to refund.

If a return is due to an error on our part such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will resolve the issue fairly, either through a replacement or a full product refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Valeriva accepts exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped. Exchange-related shipping costs may apply.

Partial Returns

If only part of an order is returned, refunds will be issued only for the eligible items that are received. Any discounts, promotional offers, or bundle pricing applied at the time of purchase may be recalculated, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that returning part of an order may affect eligibility for free shipping or promotional benefits that were originally applied to the full order.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests at Valeriva are accepted only before order processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be approved.

If an order has already been shipped, customers must follow the standard return procedure after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth return, refund, or exchange process, customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping details at checkout. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are also required to use a trackable shipping service when returning items and to retain proof of shipment until the return is fully processed. Valeriva is not responsible for return delays, losses, or issues caused by shipping carriers.
